Thursday 5th April 2018

Dr Perkins will be attending mandatory safeguarding training on Thursday 5th April 2018 from 1:00 p.m. There will not be a surgery in the afternoon but the reception will remain open. Patients requiring urgent medical advice between 1:00pm - 6:30 pm can contact GTD Healthcare on 0161 336 5958.

Practice meeting - Wednesday 28th March 2018

The Practice will be closed between 1.00 - 2.00 pm for a practice meeting.

During this time the telephone will be diverted to Go To Doc so urgent calls can be answered. Unfortunately it will not be possible to collect prescriptions, sick notes or letters, make an appointment or be given test results whilst the practice is closed.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Monday 12th March 2018 - Telephone problem

We are continuing to have problems with our telephone system. Some calls are getting through, some are just getting the engaged tone but most are not being connected properly. When we answer a call the caller can not hear us. The IT Department have given this problem a high priority and we hope it will be fixed as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Friday 9th March 2018 - Telephone & Internet Problems

We are experiencing problems with our telephone lines and internet connections. The telephone sounds engaged to people trying to ring us but it is connecting to us, no calls are coming through at the moment. The IT Department are aware of the problems and are working to correct it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
